✅ We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the project doesn't work as described or has technical issues we cannot resolve.
Eligible for Refund
- The project does not function as described on the product page
- The downloaded ZIP file is corrupted or incomplete
- You received the wrong project
- A critical technical bug exists that we are unable to fix within 48 hours
Not Eligible for Refund
❌ Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after downloading the project
- The project works as described but doesn't meet your personal preferences
- You purchased the wrong project by mistake (please contact us before purchasing if unsure)
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
- The issue is caused by your own modifications to the code
- You are requesting a refund for a ₹1 project
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at niksprojectss@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with:
- Your transaction ID (from your UPI/bank app or Cashfree)
- The name of the project you purchased
- A clear description of the issue
- Screenshots or error messages if applicable
We will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Custom Orders
For custom development orders, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed. No refund is issued after final delivery and approval.
